We accept all dental insurance policies. We will bill your dental insurance directly (assignment) to help your cash flow. You would only have to pay the co-payment if your dental insurance does not cover 100% of the dental treatment. If you have dual dental coverages, your dental treatment will require almost nothing from your own pocket. We do not accept personal cheques, but for your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact & cash. Payment options are also available.
We will gladly reserve a time specifically for you. We ask that you kindly notify us at least two working days in advance if you are unable to attend, to avoid a cancellation charge. Also, we do not accept cancellations through our answering machine. Please call the office during our business hours to reschedule your appointment. We try our best to run on schedule & ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, so that other patients are not kept waiting.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Patients may cancel or change their appointment no less than TWO working days in advance. We cannot accept last minute cancellations or a one-day notice, unless there is an emergency. The first time that a no-show (or a less than two-day cancellation) occurs, a reminder will be given. The second time, a $50.00 charge will be applied to your account. The third time, we will be unable to book further appointments for you.
Office Hours ~ Bridlewood Dental & Barrhaven South Dentistry
We recognize that dental emergency situations do arise, & at Bridlewood Dental & Barrhaven South Dentistry, we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. Whether it is something as simple as a tooth filling or a complicated procedure, we can provide you with assistance. The most common reasons our patients need emergency dentistry are accidents or toothaches. Toothaches can be caused by infection or by injuries. If you are suffering from a toothache, don’t hesitate to call us immediately. We will get you in as soon as possible & figure out what is going on so we can relieve your pain.
A tooth that has been knocked out or cracked is perhaps the most critical dental emergency. If your tooth has been knocked out in an accident, seeing a dentist as soon as possible is vital to saving your tooth. In the meantime before you get to the dentist, you can take steps to keep your tooth alive, including gently trying to place the tooth back in its socket (without touching the root), keeping the tooth between your gums & lip, placing it in a glass of milk, or placing it in an ADA-approved tooth preservation kit. If your dental emergency is potentially life-threatening, you should go to the emergency room.
Even if you have never been to our office before, we are happy to help you during a dental emergency. Please contact us immediately if you are in urgent need of care.
We Will Ensure You Pay as Little Out-of-Pocket as Possible for All Services!
