Information for New Patients Financial Policies We are equipped to send your claims electronically, if your company allows for this service. You will be reimbursed by cheque, from your dental coverage provider usually within one week! Please note that your dental benefit coverage is a contract between you, the insurance company and your employer, not the dentist. Your dental insurance may not cover certain dental treatment. We ask that all treatment be paid for at the time of service. We do not accept personal cheques, but for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, and Cash. Payment options are also available. Appointments We will gladly reserve a time specifically for you. We ask that you kindly notify us at least 2 working days in advance, if you are unable to attend, to avoid a cancellation charge. Also, we do not accept cancellations through our answering machine. Please call the office during our business hours to reschedule your appointment. We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, so that other patients are not kept waiting. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Patients may cancel or change their appointment no less than TWO working days in advance. We cannot accept last minute cancellations or a one-day notice, unless there is an emergency. The first time that a no-show (or a less than 2-day cancellation) occurs, a reminder will be given. The second time, a $50.00 charge will be applied to your account. The third time, we will be unable to book further appointments for you.
